       The World War 2 Western Front Association and Füsilier Bataillon 272 would like to take this opportunity to thank you for participating in our sponsored event. To insure that you have a good time this weekend, we are providing you with this schedule to allow things to run smoother for you and your unit.

 

Ø                   Please note – there is no break in the Saturday scenario for lunch

Ø                   Parking Area, Allied & Axis camps, and Flea Market are off-limits during the battle scenario - if need be, consider area to be marsh. You may only use the road going east to west through Flea Market area.        

Ø                   Units involved in Immersion must have ammo inspected before going into field; any units involved in Friday tactical must also have ammo inspected prior to entering field.

 

Friday  

      1200 hrs                 Registration Tent open, Flea Market opens

      1400                      Allied Officers’ meeting at Admin Tent (re: Friday tactical)

      1430                      German Officers’ meeting at Admin Tent (re: Friday tactical)

      1500                      Immersion begins

      1700                      Friday tactical begins – units not involved in Immersion allowed to enter field

       2300                     Friday tactical ends

       2300                     LIGHTS OUT - ALL QUIET

       2320                     Allied & German debriefing at Admin Tent (re: Friday tactical)

 

Saturday

       0715 hrs                Allied Officers’ meeting at Admin Tent

       0745                     German Officers’ meeting at Admin Tent

       0845                     Allied & German units will form up / Safety Demo & Ammo Inspection

                        Allied: across from Allied camp / German: across from Registration

       0930                     Allied & German units will take to the field

       1000                     Battle scenario begins

       1600                     Battle scenario ends

       1620                     Allied & German debriefing at Admin Tent

          1700                     Dinner – bring your mess tins, utensils and cups

       1830                     Awards presentation and Victory announcement - Registration tent

 

****  There is no Saturday Night battle  ****

               

Sunday

        0830 hrs                 Please help police campground area for debris

   Return unused firewood to designated Wood Pile areas

        1100 hrs                 Gates close.
